Hi, I'm relatively new, but I'm having trouble getting into the game because it takes FOREVER to get someone to play. I understand that people don't want to just noobstomp people, and that they don't really find that fun, but its a big catch 22 for me. I won't learn the game if I don't play games, but people won't play games with me because I haven't learned the game. I really like the game, but its really difficult to want to keep going when it takes 15 minutes to find a player (usually another newish player), you play 2 games or so, and then they leave, making it another 15 minute wait.

yup best thing to do is join the elite mod Beginner chat group.

There are many games during 5-7pm PST as well. Or 6-10am PST. Not sure where your located. Hope that helps.

Whenever I am online, I am always in Elite main chat and Beginners chat, feel free to ask me anything though I warn you that I am going to be very busy from now on.

Play retail ranked. Any game mode (except Last Stand). 1v1 or 3v3. Assuming it's not too screwed by Relic right now.

The fact u are named after a awesome star wars hero is a good start:p just make lobbies saying u are new, use steam group and add people u like and built up your friend list etc.
