Adding a slow to Mindwar.

Would it make it a must by against Surpressionimmun commanders, or would it open its uses up against them?
I guess it would also affect Termis and such which could be too strong. Any other Ideas to make it better agaisnt Surpression Immun Commanders, or is it fine as it is?
Edit: Would it even be possible to add a slow that makes a unit as slow as surpessed, but doesn't stack with surpression? Or that only works if a unit isn't surpressed?

No it's already strong as it is it does alot of damage and for tankier commanders you also have the doombringer.

Another problem would be that the slow would stack with the suppression and make normal unit almost unable to move at all.

Those tanky heroes are generally rather one-dimensional. They are tough and can bleed models, but that's generally mostly it; they don't offer the same level of utility as other heroes may. In that case by being able to inflict large amounts of damage to them in a short period of time you negate their one greatest advantage, namely that they are durable, so I think mind war performs perfectly well vs tanky heroes despite on a face-value level not being as "good" vs them.
Sure vs a CL mind war isn't going to stop him tying up your avengers like it may an apothecary charging in (while the avengers shoot him), however mind war means you will end up forcing that CL off far sooner than if you hadn't that wargear. What did mind war do to stop the apothecary healing his ASM earlier on when they jumped on your banshees?
(You can argue it suppressed him which preventing him from getting his heal off, but then why was he so close to your farseer? The apothecary shouldn't get that close, whereas the CL should courtesy of their different roles).

I am happy that you didn't flame me into the ground guys, I knew it was probably a bad Idea^^
But it nagged a bit on me, and I thought we have not many threads here these days, and maybe I get a new perspective while discussing^^.
It is probably not needed, and wouldn't work as I imagined it because it would stack.

Generally yes, Mind War is a sub-optimal choice vs suppression-immune commanders.
However it can still have its uses in those MUs, but acts more as a utility/supplementary wargear than a hard counter to the hero, for the reasons mentioned by Torpid.
Its well balanced atm.

usually you get doom to deal with suppression immune commanders so you can insta gib them with a guided shuri plat and then doom them at the same time.
mind war and the ghost helm is for controlling faster disruption heros or for killing off fragile heros that stay on the field too long.
