How to extract .vib files

as the tittle says I need help in such manner. I am about to make some vids but I need to extract the cutscenes and cinematics from files such as these. The game in question is Shadow of Mordor.

Probably not the best place for this. You might wanna look on a site specific to shadow of mordor.

Nothing helped there in slightest. damn this is frustrating :/
