Such as Lord of the Fallen and Dragon age inquisition, if the performance issues caused by this DRM wasn't enough, perhaps destroying your SSD is another valid one.

They messed up Mass Effect 3's ending.
They messed up DA Inquisition before it even released.
It's not that I hate the consoles (I own a few) but it's like they want us to get one in order to play their games and avoid all this bs DRM stuff
EDIT: Any official findings/report or are these all simply from word of mouth?

Personally I'm waiting for Witcher 3. Really enjoyed the first 2 games. Its said that the third one does not have any DRM. ^^ I am really rooting for W3 to beat the shit out of every game these 3 years (16 free DLCs and DRM free), just to mess with the big companies. =D

///EDIT: 2014/11/19: So, since this is a controversial topic, let's say that the new Denuvo Anti-Tamper (not the same as DRM!) technology MIGHT/COULD wear down your SSD cells, until real technicians can scientifically replicate the claims done by some random internet guys.
From the thread, bolded for all of your conveniences.

I'm playing Dragon Age Inquisition on a gaming laptop with an SSD for 6hours straight, 3 days in a row now. Not had any problems yet. Not even a single crash.
From a less technical perspective, but equally impressive one, I've only found 2 invisible walls so far! That's nuts in an RPG that is as open-world as this and as large as this.
