Morning folks,
Currently my graphics look like im playing on a potatoe, 'custom' low graphics make it look like W40k in minecraft, and im tired of being jealous of every replayers graphics.
Take it as im a complete technaphobe, and have no idea what brand is best (graphics cards), can someone give me a complete 'noob' guide?
Next time we play, remember im playing the computing worlds version of a visually impaired homeless mans cateracts.

If you're in the UK, I suggest buying from UK Gaming Computers.
I recently bought:
http://www.ukgamingcomputers.co.uk/morp ... p-167.htmlWhich is a good mid tier PC which will happily run DOW on maximum settings and next gen games on reasonable settings whilst not breaking your bank balance in the process.

your asking a loaded question.
if you don't care to learn all the details and just want to know what are the best cards right now.
http://shop.amd.com/en-us/components/graphic-cards?k=r9radeon cards.
http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpusNvidia Geforce cards
If you want help picking one out
need to know your motherboard model
need to know the Power supply (PSU) you have
and hopefully it fits in your Case lol
then I can give you the cheap, moderate, and expensive version.
add me on steam and we can chat

Yeah, it would be bad if you got a new Graphiks card, only to find out it doesn't work good with something else you have (or doesn't fit in your Case

).
Or even finding out that not the Graphikscard was the problem, but maybe you had not enough RAM.
So because I am pretty bad at this myself, I would totally encourage you to take up Gorillas offer^^

CPU ID is a really easy popular FREE software- tool people use
http://www.cpuid.com/ OVERVIEW
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html (the actual link to the software)
Don't let the badly formatted website throw you off. I know it looks like its just asking for phishing scam but its a legit website. However horribly its displayed.
Otherwise you would have physically look inside the machine. Which isn't a problem but more a of a nuisance.
