Somtimes when i play plauge champion and i get the sword or bile upgrade it would be nice to be able to go back to his default bolter in some situations.

i can see it would be a nice option for other heroes too like the commando nob.

would it be possible to make this change in the game at some point?

This has been discussed many times before. It is part of the inherent balance of weapons such as the plague sword/bile spewer/Knob Knife that it is acknowledged that once you get them you can't go back to the more versatile high dps generic ranged weapons the heroes start with. All 3 wargears would need a nerf if this was to happen and I don't see any incentive to make it happen other than "I like these heroes and I want to buff them".

well i paid for it.. so why not have the option to change your weapon?.. it just seems a no brainer..

well i think, due to what topid said. you wouldnt be able to swith back to the default weapon for free at any rate.

i wouldnt mind being able to switch back to the default weapon for another one-time purchase.

This has always just seemed so clear to me. I don't think you should be able to change back after committing to a choice like bile spewer for instance.

Am I confused or does the codex list the power sword as 0.01 DPS (on the weapons page, not the war gear page)?
