A few IG ideas

Alright so I'm very new to the game and have only gotten my IG army to level 11 but I've watched a lot of you tube videos and noticed a lot of comments bringing up the fact that imperial guard should have a sub commander.
Well here is my idea on that subject: An Imperial Guard Ministorum Priest, the preachers of the faith. They would be good in close combat and have abilities that make guardsmen quicker, be at last modest in close combat and grant the ability to charge, and would affect all nearby guardsmen. Or the priest could be an alternate GM squad upgrade to the commissar and just grant the charge ability.
A few other cool ideas could be a psyker battle squad or a platoon command squad. These ideas come from fond memories of the 40k tabletop game.
