Use of Hero dialogue

Tittle says it all. Heroes could say something when you use an ability
For instance when Commissar Lord uses "none shall fall" ability of fist of Brokus he shouts "to me guardsmen, to me!" or "this is your last stand, no doubt no fear!"
http://youtu.be/nb6cSEI1FLk?t=2m17s"lead By example" -> "take heart! There is glory in our pain"
http://youtu.be/nb6cSEI1FLk?t=1m20s"faster, harder, meaner, better!"
Cant be bothered to dig all potential dialogue in short notice but if you wish to represent dialogue of other heroes of other races and post them here and for what they could be used for that would be great.

many units in the game have about 10 - 20 lines just for when they get out of the gate that are unused, and loads of unused lines for abilities.

There are ALOT of unused voicelines in the game, and we're actually tinkering with it quite abit.

Might just be going crazy, or perhaps I've played too much Last Stand, but isn't this already the case? I seem to specifically recall the LC going on about General Tarsus when toggling his shield etc. Or are there specific abilities that are missing contextual lines?
I recently went through every single Lord Commissar line for a completely unrelated project; if you are correct on this, then there are indeed huge numbers of lines that should serve for any of his abilities.

As a reference, most units in the game have a _dea (and alot of misc. mumbo jumbo in their name) that indicates that it's meant to be triggered upon death/per model, or near death. Or, simply when the squad is killed. However, none of these are actually ever used. Imagine if you could hear the agonizing death & voicelines of your units, or enemies. It would add quite a substantial amount of immersion to the game.

We want this to happen so it will happen but it needs time. I know this comes to pass as I have faith in, Caelt. . . *Coughs* The Emperor.
