Inquisitor help

Guys im playing inquisitor, and i always manage to conserve my mid game stormtrooper squad i drop with the power.
I see the Cadian Kasrkin, got better over all.
Should I not buy the stormtroopers and rush for Cadian Kasrkin??
Are they worth it? What are ur opinions, are the changes good enough that its worth skipping the stormtrooper drop and rushing for T3? I mean T3 would give me faster access to Russ and by that, a counter vs walkers... (in a even game, 1v1 or team game)

(i mostly use stormtroopers for their assault kit and because their my fav unit, i use the anti-armor kit just vs space marines, since those melta guns do insane dmg!)

I think Storm troopers are much more better choice as they dont need energy, so you can save it for heavy Imperial armor witch just kick-ass. Kasrakins are pretty fat compared to light ST and got really high damage (can outshoot fully upgraded CSM without losing a model), but id rather build ST and save energy for Armor. + ST can do really good job at de-capping VP's, destroy some lowHP vehicles (like manti, WW or prisma), and disable enemy weapon teams as they got infiltration.
