Elite Community! I call to you! I need your hospitality and your couches so that I may travel through your lands at a non-prohibitive cost!

I've recently quit my job, and am pursuing new avenues of income. In the interim the wanderlust has grabbed hold, traveling now while not having to worry about paid time off or other such nonsense seems like a prime opportunity. I'm planning on roaming through Europe wherever I can for a few weeks sometime late Spring or early Summer. I've talked to several folks already, but I figured I would put the general call out here. Though still in somewhat vague planning stages as I'm waiting to finalize a meeting on the West Coast over here for a new festival I may be helping run (and it might be smack int he middle of my plans). However, the current plan is to head over around mid-May, and roam around for about 3 weeks or so.

SO. If you are interested in hanging out with a random fella from the States and offering me a place to crash for a night or two, post here to let me know and we'll get in touch! I've already got couches confirmed in the UK, Germany, and Denmark, let's expand the list of options!

You wouldn't be stopping over in Iceland? It's kinda hard to be a part of Europe you know.

Well I would happily let you in my house Mr Random American Rupee, if it were my house to do with as I pleased (parents and what not). You could crash with Torpid at Leeds Uni.

Viggih, I would LOVE to go to Iceland, that place looks awesome. That's kind of out of the way though I think. Or maybe I could hit it on the way in or out? I could always see how flights look in and out and make that stop for a couple days if you'd be offering some crash space.

I'll look into it. As I said it's all vague planning right yet, so I'm looking into all possible stops and will work out an actual timeline shortly

Yeah, I'd have to ask my girlfriend first, I'm not sure she'll agree.
We just moved in together and she just recently gave birth to her daughter.
