My real question is actually, I am not so sure when or why to buy these wargears. Just want to discuss a few things bellow. I am not talking about any idea of changing wargears in the next patch but just to show you my opinion.
Chaos Space Marines
Harness of Rage
The health regeneration is low in this armor. Eg : Force Commanders Artificer gives you more health and regeneration with bonus energy for a less cost. The health buff is the weakest and regenaration in not enough. If I am not going to combine this with Iron Halo, should I buy it?
Mantle of Hate
The health buff is okay, gives you a weak health regenaration and the Drain Life. It heals for 150 hp but that sounds pretty low if we think about it is something like 1/8 of his full hit points. And he keeps taking damage while casting if I don't remember wrong. I can immobile a hero and give damage only 120 hp and that is it. I don't know but this armor is not giving me enough abilitys or buffs. Are there any cool stuff that I am missing?
Blood Maul
This weapon looks useless if there isn't any melee rush like 3 Sluggaz or Hormogaunts. But I can handle all of these with Lightning Claws eather. You know, they should't dare to go toe to toe with his Claws. What is the point that I am missing?
Rod of Warpfire
Yeah, in what situations, should I buy it?
Icon of Nurgle
Just a simple question. Is it worth to buy vs Space Marines or you know, heavy infantry based armys?
Space Marines
Artificer (For Techmarine)
The planting mine ability looks useless novadays. It gives you a huge health and regeneration buff eather. So it only makes my Techmarine tanky if we think mine ability is useless. Am I right? Is it really useless?
Refractor Field
It says it decreases enemy weapon accuarcy by 20%. Is it really working? I tried it before but I wasn't able to write it down or give my attention to it. Is it worth to buy?
Orks
Trophy Rack
The debuff effect... Is it really worth to buy or should I continue with Boss Pole?
Dakka Dakka Dakka
I have the superresion weapon in my wargear. Why should I buy this weapon insted of supperession?
Tyranids
Toxin Miasma and Corrosive Claws
When, why, how should I get these wargears?
Reinforced Chitin and Regenerate
Which of these goes better for a melee Ravener build. Speaking of which, does a melee Ravener kind of glass cannon or a beatiful thing to desing?

Ouch, we need to get to the bottom of this fast, ladz.

Harness of Rage
Has the higest health regeneration of any CL armour and gives him and nearby squads five energy back on every strike making for a very tanky lord and master of the warp. It synergises (expensively) with the Lightning claws for fast attack speed and makes his bubbly body shield extremely effective as he can rush into melee at speed 6/6.5 with worship. Very viable, just overshadowed by the Armour of the Inferno in most instances.
Mantle of Hate
This was nerfed a lot in Elite mod and the damage was eventually brought up to 120 piercing whehn holding an enemy model. It's not viable often considering how good his other armours are.
Blood Maul
I don't know who you play with, so maybe you see Lightning Claws all the time, but this is perhaps the best weapon he can have considering it isn't as expensive as the Lightning Claws (almost four Heretics cheaper) and it does the same job, worth it just for the stun. All depends on how you build him, going full tanky is less effective than with Lightning Claws, so regularly the Daemonic visage and Armour of the Inferno are taken. Very, very viable and very popular.
Rod of Warpfire
I think it isn't seen for you because most people avoid Sorceror. Rod of Warpfire actually does great melee and ranged damage and the on demand distruption is such a powerful tool against Banshees and Sluggas who can't afford to it nor can they fully dodge it. The Sword fo flame synergises with heavy Tic play so you might see that more. Viable.
Icon of Nurgle
Versus SM? If you've got a lead and some cash to splash, free experience all of the time you spend in melee is well worth it. Plague Champion accessories are really great early on (Mucus discharge and Grenade) but this one helps to bridge the gap as they lose effectiveness mid to late game. Worth it vs SM though, well yeah, maybe when in the lead, until then get a unit that will give you some good field presence (Dread etc) and then consider the upgrade.
SPACE MARINES

Artificer Armour
It's not seen as much as Signum or Bionics, I think because the mine doesn't do enough in team games and in 1v1 you don't have the time or energy to go around laying mines.
Refractor Field
It actually provides the tankiest field at ten damage per energy, but lets him still be knocked down. It's very nice with the Axe and Bionics, I recommend it one time. You lose the support potential of the Signum but it's a lot of fun to rush a blob with him.
ORKZ

Trophy Rack
Similar to Daemonic Visage, very powerful in close quarters and is sometimes seen, just often in 1v1 you'll get the Angry Bitz and team games feature lots of Boss Poles. Viable.
Dakka Dakka Dakka
Bleeds Heretics, Dire Avengers, Banshees, Scouts, other Orks etc like a beach. Depends on the game mode often and what play style you are wanting with your Mek.
TYRANIDS

http://www.dawnofwar.info/index.php?pag ... ener_alpha
Toxic Miasma and Corrosive Claws
Still overshadowed by Feeder Tendrils. The description is nice and I'm sure they do something, but Feeder Tendrils are just so powerful.
Reinforced Chitin
Excellent kiting wargear, means he can't be hit by melee ever and makes him a good ranged support hero as he gets knockback immunity and a chunk of health.
Regenerate
I suggest watching Noisy use this wargear. Makes him incredibely tanky and suitable in melee combat.
Apologies for any spelling mistakes.

The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Re: What is the point of buying these wargears?
I consider reinforced chitin to be a borderline must have vs the Face Commander, providing excellent utility vs ASM's, shotgun scouts and of course, the thunder hammer. It's also great vs noise marines.
Regenerate is an excellent wargear, but I'd say that it suits a ranged RA better since it's in a better position to kite and get out of combat, hence maximising its regen potential.

Re: What is the point of buying these wargears?
Imma just mention a few pieces of wargear.
Mantle of Hate is a great wargear in 1v1 since you get to lock down a dangerous threat for a bit like a Warboss, FC, Warlock whatever for a few seconds. Although I think an effected unit should have a negative capping modifier during the duration. That's just me though.
Toxic Miasma...is awesome vs guardsmen. Period. Read the description of what the wargear does and I say you have your explanation here. Good in early- mid game I think.
Other than these two, I think Swift did a good job in explaining some stuff.
