i just arrived from the regular DoW2 retribution to this elite mod. while ive seen a lot of videos i never really noticed it before now.


the amount of power you get has either been increased 10 fold or there are simply more nodes in the game. what is the reason behind this? i always thought that power was a ressource you should treasure, but now i barely have enough req to spend along with all the power i get. i dont even need to spawn any generators any more as the energy level easily reaches 75+.

anyone care to explain why the power level is so high now? how does it help the game etc?

What? Power values have been unchanged. Are you playing vs AI? The AI is bugged and won't attack power nodes which means you quickly end up with a lot more power in elite than in retail vs AI but that doesn't transitions into online multiplayer as the actual power nodes/gens are generating the same amount of power as retail...

thats odd. well i just had an online match and i had like a ton of energy and its not like i was holding it back. but yea i also fought against computers. oh well maybe the enemy just didnt target our energy i dunno. but i DID end up with 75+ which is quite a bit.

+75 could only ever occur from you having fully noded and gen'd four power farms in 3v3, so I think it was your sweeping victory not a problem with the game!
