OK so once again Slaughter.. Why isn't it nerfed in 2.3.2?
Wasn't this supposde to be nerfed in 2.3.2? It just starts on cooldown - that's it? Wasn't it universally accepted as an overperforming ability?

It is being nerfed.
Slaughter ability starts on-cooldown (meaning they cannot use until 2 minutes after the AC is purchased)
Slaughter cooldown increased from 80 to 120
Slaughter health regeneration (melee) down from 1.5 to 0.5 while out of combat (in-combat remains the same)
Slaughter (regular CSMs) melee damage reduced from 45 to 40 (dps from 34,62 to 30,77)

there is no curent official changelog as 2.3.2 is only in beta, and the only public change log is the preliminary change log, basically all info currently avialble to the public on the forums, is not changes that are set in stone, and tbh as 2.3.2 is still in beta, we could still see more changes, but i doubt slaughter will be changed further.

Yeah but none of the changes mentioned above are in the Beta Changelog. So has only the cooldown been changed or have the other nerfs also been implemented?

All the stuff that Wise Windu mentioned are currently in the 2.3.2 beta implementation

The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

On my website, I link it to people with the beta build. Wasn't sure if Caeltos wanted me to post changes that are possibly transient/in flux to the forum for everyone to see.
