Dawn of War Codex

According to the codex, wraithguard do 0.9x aoe damage at short radius (0.5 or less, if i understand). Do they still do 122 damage on a direct hit, or just 109.8?

The Area effect damage is for everything that isn't a direct hit. They still do 122 on direct hit.

And do their shots always scatter a bit, or can they get a direct hit?
I know that in CoH2, a tank can either get a direct hit, where the shell homes in on the tank, or IF they miss it scatters. But WG always groundfire I guess, so can they even hit directly?

They can hit directly, but if something is moving, they attack the spot on the ground. Its damage AoE is basically like a grenade, but with different damage radii.
