What do you get with the seer council global? Does it make sense to spend 300 PM to save 50 req and 100 power?

Considering how good farsight, webway gates and the eldritch is. No, no it doesn't and with gates being 50 red it probably never will.

Its a desperation or close-out global. Use it in exactly those kind of circumstances.

Considering most Eldar players will have a gate at their base and scattered throughout the map, being able to have a Seer Council hit the field instantly and potentially join the battle in 10 seconds or less is a huge advantage over spending 100 power and waiting an extra minute or so for them to join the fray.

Another good reason to use the global for them is if you are floating rec but low on power. Get global seers , then follow up with a fast fire prism .

Also if you happen to have a fair bit of red ( hard to get with eldar but it dose sometimes happen in team games ) with a unit light T2 you can blitz to T3 and get seers + antarc , the buff she gives with seers and sheenz on the field can be very hard to deal with if it hits the field early .
