Stutter -> more stutter -> crash???

Is this something that could be caused by windows 10 or is this a normal thing for DoW??? Some of you watched it happen on stream and I am not sure what could be causing it because it caused my computer to crash.

I don't experience any problems, my OS is also w10.

Shouldn't be caused by either. My first guess would be some hardware failure if your pc crashes.
