Nurgle Balls (Noxious Cloud)

This thing wipes low-hp units incredibly fast, and it moves - so a fast retreat is often the only way to escape it.

1 - Does everyone think it is fair for its price and the damage it can do?

2 - If it had increased range but was immobile would that be horribly unfair? It could be used as a great zone control ability, but it wouldn't be just another chaos ability that punishes people for not playing as one of the three astartes factions (nurgle grenades, let the galaxy burn, the sorcerers fire global.... etc).

It punishes blobbing up. If you don't blob up you can avoid it, as it can only chase one squad at a time.

its main issue is its cast mark is to difficult to notice sometimes and unfairly punishes races with many models.

It's super mega OP in retail - often kills all IG army but it's pretty balanced in Elite. Had no problems with dat as IG. Decent ability for 200 red. + now Chaos not often spam it because of new Terminators ability
