Dawn of War Codex

I have joined some games these days after the beta 4 was released and I encountered a problem. During the loading screen sometimes a player (never myself) loads up to 3/4s of the way and then his loading bar goes crazy switching between full and 3/4s. Then the in-game selection cross appears, music plays but the game just stays there like it is stuck. Could this be caused is that player hasn't downloaded the beta 3 and upraded to beta 4 after, because when I only had upgraded from beta 2 to 4 right away this also happed, but not all the time.

PS: I have everything installed correctly now. (And sorry for the text wall )

it's a sync error when someone takes a long time to connect, usually just gotta wait a minute or 2 then the game resumes, if it doesn't then you just have to remake. Not much you can really do

Do you remember on what Maps it happned on?

I experienced similar problems (not on myself, but with others) with some of the redux-ed maps, I think.

That even happened in retail.

It has happened on Argent Shelf Redux V2 and Garvus Ice Gate.

it's a connection problem. Used to see it all the time in retail, still see it sometimes.
Don't think it has to do with the new maps.

i think you need to install every beta step, because the maps are in Beta 3

Thisk something in the beta has made this much worse. happens the odd time but since last beta it is much worse. No idea Y seems to happen for me vs same people much more offten

really, we had the same problem in one game, and it was becaue one of the playewrs had not the beta 3 installed and didnt have the map, so he was not able to finish loading.
