CSM get another global nuke cost type

I have the idea CSM get a daemon prince call in global as 2nd commander that costs 400 red and rep+power. The empyreal abyss nuke should be removed.

While a Daemon Prince would be awesome in DoW2, we first have to fix everything before we start adding stuff. I think Caelots plans on adding Tau and SOB after next patch, maybe he'd add some new units afterwards.

Well, thats pretty vague, but I like the Idea of a Call in instead of a Nuke.
Buuuut.... we have no modell or animations for that, so if you can provide them I am sure designing and implementing it shouldn't be the problem

You know something more than us Paradise Lost? Have modders, programmers and voice actors appeared and made Tau/SoB units, animations, voices, etc?
Caeltos would want to implement something else but can't because of the above mentioned reasons.
Go with this idea to the Codex Mod CSM Emperor, it has no place here, especially not in the way presented.

Well going by Caeltos' interview he said he would look into "probably Dark Eldar or Necrons".

Because he said he thinks they would be more interesting to make. But the number of resources available for Dark Eldar, Necrons, and SoB is even lower than those available to Tau, which is also incomplete.
And yeah, there are no models or animations for a Daemon Prince as far as I know.
