Dawn of War Codex

Since the current CSM Terminators are using default voices, I was wondering why not ask this voice actor for permission to use his already recorded lines? It seems like the ones he did already have everything that would be needed for an RTS Game (Capping, death sounds, target enemy, garrison vehicle, etc.) According to him, he has worked on other Dawn of War mods and lended his voice. He doesn't seem to have been aware DoW 2 has an active modding community. So, what do you think? Would it be possible getting in contact with him to possibly include it in a later update?
