It’s saying your Relic ID is not recognised by the system, i.e. you need to participate in a game where someone uses the reporter app (step 1 of the registration form btw) and then register.

yes, also found my 64-bit Steam ID and Relic ID through the esl reporter. i have tried both IDs and the reporter record 4 matches through custom games

is it possible for the other players not to have the app and the reporter got their ratings?

You don’t need to run the app personally; it’s enough if you are in the game. However, your Relic ID (as shown on the screenshot) is not in the database.
