Hey,

As you might know I run a DOW2 elite mod fight club series. I am currently making the next video so hang on tight.
Here is my YT link "https://www.youtube.com/user/devious3144"

As a special video for the fight club series I plan to pitch units against each other, in the hope to find the worst unit in melee combat in the game.
As for this thread I ask that you all put forth your nomination! Which unit in the 2.5 Elite mod do you think is the worst at melee combat in the game?

Video to come out in a week or so!

Worst melee unit...

It's gonna be between the T1 light ranged starting squads, but prilly not scouts with their melee resist. Hormas, shootas and DA have better melee damage. My money is on IST or GM, who have 3 and 2 melee dps respectivly and 500/600 health respectively. Though fights will likely often come down to who hits more shots on the way in ;)

Zoanthrope has 0 melee damage iirc.

Then it counts as not being able to fight in melee, like neurothrope and spore mines?

Spotters perhaps? 3 models, 2 melee dps, 600 hp total

I was goingto say Dire Avengers but their Exarch is useful to be honest. Can't say Shootaz because of their Nob leader. Guardsmen can defeat Wrathguard in melee. I don't know...

You asked for the hardest thing in this forum dude. GJ!

I actually think it engages in melee, but I'm not a 100% sure

Upgrades don't have to be used. If an upgrade makes a unit worst in C/C, say like Raptors then sure np! Otherwise you can just go with the most basic unit.

My revised choices (shamelessly stolen):

Zoan if it's allowed.
Spotters if not.
