I'm a new player maining chaos and am having trouble winning matches I have trouble against support heroes on Tyranids and Orks and I struggle against fighting the two in general I would like it if anyone could help me or redirect me to a site or clan that could help me, ty

Maybe elaborate more on the situation that gives you trouble or name the heros you are playing and those that you are playing against. Furthermore, do you struggle against certain build orders or just the race in general? Details plox.

They do regular games every night from 8pm GMT, lots of people, good atmosphere, everyone is learning so don't be afraid to ask.

They use a TS called ts.for.al

Ok morgan I struggle against the Kommando nob and I play Plague champion and the Tyrant is annoying for me to fight early and late game I struggle defending against rushes from both even if my defences are well,

The Kommando Nob is a pesky fellow indeed. You will have to grab an Aspiring Champion on your Heretics for detection and position them in such a way that a) they detect the Kommando Nob on approach (or other infiltrated stuff) and b) do not get shot up immediately by the Shootas from the Ork player. It takes a little bit of practice, but you will soon find out that the Plague Champion is a total nightmare for Orks.
The Hive Tyrants role is basically the same as the Warbosses: run in, tie up things while the rest of your army approaches. You could either completely ignore him and just deal with the rest of his army first or you try kiting him and focus fire him down (the worse choice in my opinion since that is what he wants you to do). Depending on wether he loads up on a lot of melee or not you could purchase Raptors in the latter case since the easily suppress and tie up Termagants. Plague Champion and CSM will be more than enough to deal with the HT. Especially if you also have the Bile Spewer which slows the HT and really does a number on Hormagaunts. The weapons ability is also very nice for area denial. A suppression team is a must in this matchup. I hope that helps for now.

Play 1v1 matches , on normal conditions , 500 VP , random locations , standart resources. Watch every replay that you will be defeated, trying to fix thing you fucked last game. After 1000 hours you will start winning.
