Glicko rating bug?

I apologize for already making a thread in the general discussion but i'm not a mod and was advised to make a thread here.

This is my profile. The Glicko skill rating graph appear to just drop to 0 at random (or so it seems) for me and when it goes back up im 30-50 skill points lower than i was, nobody else appears to have this problem.

To my knowledge, this is not a bug but simply due to the games not being rated at that time. Wait until the next cycle of ratings calculations is completed and et voilà the ratings appear as the should be.

Could be a conspiracy.

Not had it myself, but I have had one instance of a 1v1 I played with ESL open on my end not getting scored (though I lost so it meant I got away with being a scrub). I definitely had the ESL reporter open as it had recorded all previous and post match games, just not that particular one.
