Noise marines shouldnt have a delay, if it is their flamer damage can be decreased while its range increased. They are specialist infantry, used for SPECIFIC purposes, disable infantry+block enemy advance with cacophony. In t2 they can be artilery but then the unit changes and dont ue the flamer any more. Adding a delay makes them useless as they arent good at their special task they are to be.

The delay was added to NM since even most Chaos mains felt like they overperformed.

1,5 second delay is not a big issue to be honest. Not making them useless for the owner and not making them safe target for the enemy. Since their flamer hurts real good ( even my tacs are suffering a lot ) they needed a nerf. I was suprized and impressed for the way Caeltos nerfed them. It is totally okay and everyone is happy. I couldn' make it better to be honest. :D

I was wondering only one thing for the all the time. Why can't plastmaster knockback Terminators? Not saying it is needed but I am missing it in big 3v3 Calderis matches. Is it something with balance or just forgatten? Can someone explain it to me?

Well Pdevs are the only ability kb artillery squad (d-cans have it on singularity i suppose).

So a quick comparison between Pdevs and NM:

Assblasters are a cheap upgrade to a T1 squad (though upgrade + base price makes them more expensive), have more hp and arguably more disruption and a faster projectile.

Pdevs have more dps, better AoE, better range and ability kb.

Both have their perks so I would imagine NM having weapon kb is a trait.

NOICE MEHREEN's airblaster's or whatever's projectile also kb everything in its path during its flight. Could be crazy if it does ability kb.

shouldnt delay disabling infantry, thus if it is a nerf it should be on the damage their deal.

That is what I was going for with the better disruption for NM. It is a 2-edged sword but generally very useful.

Actually feel that NMs are insanely fuckin good in Elite even with the 1.5 since im guessing they fire off a whole volley even if the enemy goes out of range?
