replays dont work windows10

ive bought a laptop (win10) and I installed ELITE and current version 2.5.1. I played also custom games with friends, so its working fine.
But I cannot watch replays, they dont show up. except when I save games I have played myself. Other replays dont work.


You have any idea I could start with?

oh, both replays (the ones i downloaded and the ones I saved) are in the save folder


/documents/mygames/dow2/playpack

funny co-incidence I installed it new on laptop and dow2 has received an update. Obviously reps dont work anymore and you r need to fix it

update_replays.bat has to be run in the replay directory.
