Reinforce UI color

Postby Psycho » Mon 18 Apr, 2016 3:19 am

Is there any way to change the color on the UI of the model count below the reinforce button, making it show as something other than red when models are lost?

I think so, but it would make your game incompatible with everyone else's.

Ah, damn. Should've figured. Thanks for the quick answer.

I don't know who in relic thought red on dark grey would be a good idea.

Not only that but imagine all the people who are red green colour blind, quite an oversight.
The internal battery has run dry, the game can now be played. However, clock based events will no longer occur.

Unfortunately colourblind UI paradigms have only really emerged in the past few years. Not only is DoW II built on tech that is a minimum of five years old, the base tech is pre-2009 (the Scaleform binaries alone are from a really dated version from before Autodesk bought them out).

One of those things you wish the industry had caught up on quicker.
