How to deal with the snipers as Tyranids and a "little" question out of that topic.

Hello everybody.
Lately I have seen quite a resurgence of snipers, or maybe they were there all the time but I never saw them, anyway, double rangers and triple sniper scouts; I mostly play RA and a range build for Tyranids, double Termagants and Barbed Stragler Warriors as my T1 units besides the Hormagants, etc... but as you may imagine, this build can suffer a lot from snipers.
I have been thinking on using a melee build to counter this, because that way the Warriors close in the enemy ranks and force the detection making easier to tie up those units, can anyone give some advices or thoughts on this approach or maybe tell me some other way to deal with the sniper build?

P.D: On a side note, I had a 3v3 some time ago, it ended for me with a sound bug and eventually a crash, but before I left the other team was calling spam and cheesy tactics on us, I'm not sure of my partners in that match but I was playing PC with no upgrades and my army was:
One heretic squad with grenade lauchers, two fully upgraded CSM with mark of Tzeentch, one Plague Marines squad, one Choosen Plague Marine Squad and a Land Raider Phobos, and I lost a Bloodcrusher at some point in the game.
My other question is, was something in that build that can be called cheese or spam? I have been thinking about the PM and CPM because they are certainly powerful units and the first ones have been know for overperforming, so I just want to know about it. Again thanks a lot and I await for your answers.
