Now, I sensed a disturbing thing in this game. People who are team mates are not supportive. They only use chat to blame his mates, or calling help in case of 2 but nothing else.

Why is that?

I use chat a lot! When I burn down a whole power farm, I want my team mates to know that. Because if they are demorolized about being beaten back by the enemy, my mates should now that actually WE have the advantage. It will make a great impact and it generally works.

I always make them notice even the smalllest details about the enemy. If Warlock has Witchblade of Kurnous, all mates must know that. So they will act according to that. If I can make my IG mates notice that FC has Hammer, I can prevent them from producing Ogryns.

If a mate takes back a contested power point, I say '' gj '' even if it is a small thing to achive. Morale is important. It may result with a good defence on that power point.

Why you people are not doing that?

Probably because people you don't know well are going to want to do their own thing, which why if I ever play team games I play with a pre-made team.

And also, just my personal opinion here, but I think over-chatting alienates players.

Pfff this isnt too much of a news but be lucky that in dow2 your mother isnt dating school kids without you knowing. This is coming from a experienced dota 2 player.

Constantly being told "Gj" or "Well done" for accomplishing minor tasks might get annoying.

Jeez, going a bit far from realises that such obsequiousness would annoy you because really it can rather easily come across as patronising, to then go on to say that it happening too much can alienate players.

I'm not getting tied up in an argument over semantics or word choice with you given how you've overreacted to things I've said before.

I would say chat is best done with voice, especially for the less immediate things and the morale boosting effect of your voice since with tone, you can clarify your intentions and not come off as patronising. Of course, premade teams are better, since powah of friendship and stuff

Only using the chat to let my teammates know whats going to happen next, followed by me orbital bombarding aforementioned teammates or throwing grenades on their stuff.
