What damage type does the Baneblade demo cannon do now?

According to the codex the baneblade demo cannon does psychic damage (because a "demolisher" cannon shouldn't be effective against armour); however I remember hearing that after 2.5 it was changed to explosive. Is this the case or did that change end up being reverted?
