How should an IG player play against Eldar in 1 v 1 nowadays? Especially warlock using 3 DA build is almost impossible to win against. Is it that broken that it cannot be played?

Just slit your wrists imo. IG vs Eldar has always been one of those kinds of matchups since I started playing imo.
Assuming you want to die standing, play LG with 3 gm, 1 sent, meds and spots/catas/hwt depending. As for T2 well,

Don't play a lot of 1v1, but since patch 2.5.0 the Eldar vs IG matchup has been terrible for the IG player. If 3v3 is any indication, using LG might be your best bet.

At this point the line of thought is: "Let's play Dawn of War 2 and git gud" - "I am going to face Warlock / 3 DA in every game" - "Let's not play Dawn of War 2, fuck this". No idea what to do in this match up and it's not even close

Would definitely help to stop snowballing Eldar advantage out of control
Watch these for an idea of how the MU goes. This is LG vs WL for the most part.
Basically LG is the best vs eldar because his uber tankiness as well as the med-kits and his t1 ranged dps is key. LG+3xGM+sent+cats will outshoot, cost to cost and frankly outright WL w/ immo, 3x da + SCP.
To solve this the eldar should get sheees otherwise the LG running around solo can be pretty uncontested bar a shruiken. WL can tie him up in melee but literally takes forever to kill him. You need shees. Witness how tex uses that LG in the calderis game vs me. Becaue I had shees I just could nt deal with him. It required me to blob my army too much or face his blob with my blob minus a shuri which doesn't go well.

Exarch are good but not the main problem, it's FOTM WG raping everything an not being counterable in any way including tiying up.
