Dawn of War Codex

Hi people! I've played alot of Dawn of War and are now ready to go into DoW II Elite multiplayer. I've always been wary of entering MP here since a low playercount means that "everybody" is either really good or the ones that aren't don't play 1v1.

I've probably watched 70 gamecasts though so I feel that I can tango with people Then again, I felt I could fight top players in CoH after watching some casts but that wasn't true....at all....

Are people generally willing to switch heroes or do they stubbornly stand by their favorite (really strong) hero?

I installed DOW2 last friday and my total games played is something like ~15.

You can also try to ask whoever you want to practise with.
Depends on the person if they stick to one race/hero or not.

First tried to find you Valar in Steam. Well that was impossible....was only 7000 of you....had to login from the http....

You might also wawnt to check out the beginner 1v1 tournament (viewtopic.php?f=14&t=2708).

A lot of nice guys with low-mid skill level play there (including valar for example) and everyone tries to help eachother.
