Well, he states that in his previous post that this is for encouraging low skill and mid skill people to joining in. I think high skill people shouldn't participate unless they are there for coaching. It would be too much of a stomp.

I was talking about this post. I might be wrong but I assumed this event and that one was of same nature because of title being the same "BMC". I think the best way is to talk to host directly either through steam or forum private message.

Tier 2 and 3 on ESL only. Ill update the info to make sure it is clear.

I believe Legacy will stream. I am also open to other streamers. It may conflict with the MRT this month (there was nothing else which would work schedule wise) so that may reduce the options for streaming.
