Codex entry for Terminator Lightning Claws wargear upgrade

I noticed that the Codex entry for the "Lightning Claws" upgrade for the Space Marine Terminator Assault Squad has a description that includes the following text:

"..and the health regeneration of each model is reduced from 2 hp/s to .5 hp/s."

Can I confirm that it's reduced from 2 hp/s to .5 hp/s?
Or is it reduced from 2 hp/s by .5 hp/s (meaning to 1.5 hp/s)?

If it's correct (and reduces regen from 2.0 to 0.5 hp/s), that seems a bit drastic, since the removal of the Storm Shield already significant reduces total HP.
Edit: My last line here being purely a commentary and not a suggestion of any sort.

No, it's correct. For reference, the CTerms Lightning Claws upgrade is at 1.25 hp/s which, yeah I dunno. Could be something to look at. Only Paladins share the .5 hp/s regen.
