How can i increase popcap in the new 2.6 version

Hi guys,
I used to use this two topics to guide me throug the edition with Cope's:

But it doesn't work for me in this new version. I don't know what i am doing wrong. Please if you can make me a new quick guide on how to do it right for this new version i will be pleased. I like to play this mod with 300 popcap

I'll get back to you when I figure it out but I think it's just changing the faction properties in their rbf files.

You need a SGA reader and then extract the files from the SGA. And i mean ALL of them which will take a long time.

You Second Option is to make another mod and reference this mod and its SGA in the module file (which can be opened with notepad) and ONLY since the raceebps.rbf files and their popcap limit and the upkeep threshold.
