Things went smoothly and matches were good. One thing notable is that I found out that I can get more people by asking personally through steam chats. Would be doing that from now onward.

Next tournament will be at the end of the month.

Shame on these two people for now showing up and abandoning their mates. They didn't even bother to leave steam message to me that they are gonna be missing.

sounds good . got a few suggestions :
1-for the next MTT i recommend posting the announcement 10 days before the event
2-remind me to upload an announcement video on my channel so i can inform more guys (may be we could even shift some retail fellas to sign up for that,cuz many of the you tube viewers are from retail)

3-u might need more referees and streamers for the next time if we have more players,and more matches . i can ask around in steam again

4-for the next tournament close up sign up 12 hours before the match so we might have to arrange the brackets and matches and analyze them so we can spread the teams skill wise (it improves the tournaments) or may be changing the single elimination system to sth else

5-I noticed there were a lot of repetitive maps like calderis and medean . may u should not allow repetitive map in 2 times in a row between 2 teams . nice to see more varied maps

6-may be u should not referee next time (if u had enough players and referees that is) instead supporting and managing referees,streamers,brackets... basically bossing and managing the event

7-set more rules for the next tournament in case sth happens (always useful to predict future needs)

8-recommand all people to get and active Esl Reporter

9-u might wanna have some more information from the people who sign up,especially the ones we dont know (like gameplay hours,army level,skill "low-mid-decent-pro" ,should help a lot in setting up matches) .

On a final note i think this tournament was a good trial run for the future,we got some good games and good experience about the environment,situation and other stuff

PS:looking forward for the next monthly faction war btw,since we dont have esl in 3v3s though someone might wanna save those epic games if it is possible

It all comes down to having more people. Also lots of people do not like to sign up early. Will try my best to accommodate your recommendations but please do know that it is only possible if we have more people. Streamers, casters, referees and players.

By the way the grouping actually confused me totally when ppl where put together. Not sure how to prevent this but they need to do it before the tourny starts. :/

Dark Riku advised me to change seeding a bit like spreading out good players into top and bottom brackets so that we have a good match in the finals and i was trying to also give new players matches that they can handle. That is why brackets changed a lot. Also as i commented above, ulrik and nightmare just completely ditching tourney and not even bothering to give me a steam message really messed it up making it impossible for me to start matches in bottom brackets. Worse thing is they were the ones who asked their respective teammates to team up with them. Seriously speaking, asking someone to help them join an event and ditching them without informing on the day is downright rude.
