First of all, thank you everyone for participating in the tourney.

Preamble:
I am gravely sorry for being late 40 minutes despite pestering you guys to be on time. That made tourney to start approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes later than planned but thanks to you guys waiting on me patiently, I was able to pull this off.

This is what happened. I did an all nighter on Friday and was supposed to sleep all day on Saturday so that I wake up in Sunday 1 am and make tourney happen on 2 am which is 5 pm UTC. However, my parents woke me up and asked me to go to the cousin's house so that i can look after their children. Well my auntie there was someone who practically raised me as a kid so I couldn't say no and went to cousin's house after sleeping 5hrs-ish. Made it back home about 3hrs before tourney starts and was

Thinking I can wake up after 2hr sleep on 1 am, I put on alarm and went to sleep. It was a big mistake. Should have just drunk Monster.

Woke up in 2:40 am in horror and that mess happened. Sorry guys, it won't happeen again. I promise.

Evaluation:
- Despite me being that super late and messing everyone up, once tourney started, things went smoothly. This is the first time I had 11+ teams and made tourney happen very very fast. Notable actions that saved the day are below.

1. Everyone not leaving
- When I turned on steam after I rushed to the lanshop, I couldn't believe my eyes. Everyone was still waiting!!! and things were not in disarray to the extent I depressingly imagined. I thought it was gonna be a complete disaster and half of the teams would be gone but everyone was there. This was the top 1 reason why the tourney didn't fail despite my tardiness. For this, I express my eternal gratitude to every single participant. You guys saved the day.

2. Competent and adaptive organizers
- Despite me going AWOL without notice, referees, streamers were keeping things under control. None of the referees left and was patiently waiting my arrival. Atlas was keeping changes in teams in check and had attendance check done. He even was making brackets buying me time to get things in control. His info on who left and how teams changed was crucial in making tourney happen asap. Hunter, Boogeyman, Rostam also was persuading ppl from leaving for which I cannot thank them enough.
- Also referees Endor and Kung fu panda joined about 4 hours before tourney started and was first time in doing referees but they read rules properly and did their jobs supremely well. A toast to you guys too

3. Participating players following rules
- Crydd left message in the sign up section that he won't be able to participate. Also boogeyman, his potential teammate wrote up he won't join and just do refereeing. They didn't leave without posting.
- Team WIC posted twice on the forum sign up section for editing their commander choices. They didn't alter them without posting.
- Team Udy & Verzohi lost a member and quickly got a replacement. After reforming their team as Team Apache, they posted that info on the forums according to rules with team name, commander choices and ID.
- Old Ones joined last minute but they posted on the sign up section properly

- All of these actions made tourney go very smoothly. From this I learnt following rules is important indeed in making tourney happen faster. Thanks to these actions, despite tourney starting late, it ended about same time as other tourneys.

4. Some very helpful actions from participants
- Team Some noobs and Team Boing did their bracket with a referee without me being present and the referee reported me scores when I came. This was very helpful in cutting tourney time.
- Terran straight away told me, he won't participate after crydd posted he won't come. Thanks for quick decisions.
- Suffocation was very understanding and was content with staying in reserves. I didn't tell him which team he will be in for bout 50 min and told him to stay put in reserve after that but he said no problem. A person cannot be more nicer than this.

With all these efforts combined, the actual tourney itself had very top notched games and smooth procedures once it started. I maybe the organizer but what made tourney great was actual participants in the end. All in all, thanks to everyone who participated.
