For clarification, take "non-disclosure" to the absolute extreme: this means absolutely no sharing of the experience beyond beta forums and private chats with other beta players.

F*ck all of you guys, I'm playing DoWIII! I would also like to have the streaming rules clarified on it as well. I would presume no by default, but maybe!
EDIT: Reading through the Terms of Agreement, while it doesn't directly mention streaming as far as I saw, it prohibits any sharing of media of it and we must provide any non-disclosable feedback to them about the game, so I really don't think there's any streaming involved here guys, sorry :/

Do it only if you feel like it. I can't help but feel a little bummed out that it seems that nobody in the mod team got an invite. At least, it seems that neither me or Wise Windu got anything.

I got an invite boys Sadly im not allowed to disclose anything about the BETA due to the NDA I would like to share and we can all send feedback after to Relic. Also i think there is going to be 2 periods for the beta, so hopefully some other guys can get to try it out.

Under NDA you can only give feedback in official forum in the topic. So no footage no screenshots or anything.

I do know that moderation has been upped on both the official forums and Steam. As far as I can work out this seems to be a private program, which means you should keep it confidential.

It may well be, but it's the agreement that everyone who plays the beta makes. The reason (I imagine) is that by not saying you're in the beta, you won't have people probing you for details about it.
@Caeltos I'll see what I can do anyway, I don't know if they will hand out a key by request this way but always worth asking.
