Nice link, good to know where the plot was heading, although not so good to find out that the franchise will end there. Somehow I really enjoyed that game.

honestly, the story sounds totally un-ultra smurf and i have mixed feelings but the game certainly had potential. i'm not sure how i feel about the lack of sm 2 and 3

I would have liked to see it. if only to increase awareness of the franchise.

I quite enjoyed the game and i didn't feel it was bad for the genre either mixed god of war quite nicely with a 3rd person shooter.
It could have used more rpg elements, character customization and a deeper arsenal of weapons and wargear.
As far as where the story would have gone i feel Titus should have been been mortally wounded at the end of the 2nd game and the 3rd should have been entirely played as a dreadnought fighting other walkers flaming and squashing the shit out of hordes of stuff.

I'm glad they didn't get to create a new chapter just for space marine though... despite not being much of a tabletop player i absolutely loved the 40k universe and the fluff surrounding it.

space marine was a mediorce game with the best.
but was good to see a warhammer game on pc, and for 1. try it was not so shitbad if they could manage to go 2. part with a way better game i would say it was good idea to do that game.
i bought the game only for supporting wh40k on pc, dreaming for better quality games later on.the game was cool only cos of warhammer universe, in any other aspect i cant say anything +.I wouldnt play that game if not settled in wh40k:)
