Can't download the game!

I really wanna install this mod again on my new pc however MEGA will physically not allow me to download the installer, due to being in uni and in shared accommodation I share an IP with the whole building and its almost virtually impossible to get a file from that site as the free quota is always hit! Is there any possible other place to download this, alternate download mirrors or ANYTHING.
Any help will be appreciated.
