Mordian Iron guard elite scheme's "Lord Commissar" has a bald head
i wish it had a hat or sth . can u guys change his head peace or give him a hat

I think the head on that model is actually from sargent merrick in dow2 campaign

No, it looks better like this. Unique to Mordian Iron Guard.
