Changing Campaign Colors

Hey guys, does anyone know how to change the default color scheme for campaign races? Like changing the Blood Ravens to Dark Angels etc. I know its possible I've seen some mods, but I really want to learn this for myself. I've been looking everywhere for a guide or example for quite a while and no luck. I don't know if this is the right place to ask such a question but I'm very determined to learn this. Please help a brother a out!

No, this is not it, something is still missing. This guide is mostly referring to Army painter in multyplayer. I'm looking for the Single Player campaign stuff, cmon someone on this internet has to know!

That's the only way how to do it.
The first sections in the defaultchaptercolours should make this clear.
"SM_Bloodravens" is for the Space Marines.
"SM_Bloodravens_COOP" is for, you guessed it, your co-up partner.
