Is the range on this thing really 55? I know the sight is being reduced from 55 to 45. I am tempted to argue for "Leman OP", just give me the word.

Can confirm, sm are infact nothing but horribly underpowered compared to every other race.

No, the leman is standard 44 range by default.
The vanquisher is 55 range. But that has no splash.

The Vanquisher is fine: as Torpid said, the upgrade sacrifices AOE, so it is only good against vehicles and maybe for picking off single models at a time (which is usually not the most efficient use of a tank's time in T3).
