3v3 Ork t3 advice

I'm catching up on Indrid's video's and I have a bit of advice for ork players come t3. Stop overwatching your shootas in t3! Phase them out, in favor of tanks, nobs, kommandoes or flashgitz. All they do is bleed you in t3 3v3. They don't do enough damage/are too expensive attrition wise vs the other squishy races and die too fast vs the power armor races. If you want the disruption/control get kommandoes or a weird boy. if you just want firepower get flash gitz. They're just not worth it to hang onto guys.
