Skill rating display option

After an exhausting battle with stupid phpBB, displaying your Elite skill rating on your mini-profile there on the right side of messages is available. It is activated from:
User Control Panel --> Overview button --> Profile
and click "Display skill rating" to "Enabled", obviously.
