Dawn of War Codex

I have a problem with the game...maybe someone can help me? I can't host or join any game. I can see games in the lobby but cannot join them. I just get a message: "an error has occurred while starting the game". I tried reinstalling steam and reinstalling the game but it didn't help.

Try reinstalling MSVC++ here and here (get both). Then restart system.

I just had a crash for losing internet and now I have the same problem. verified game files, reinstalled elite, and reinstalled those packages, deleted all files and reinstalled everything from scratch, and deleting configurations.lua file.

Any other ideas?

Steam pooped the bed i think, i can't join or anything either
