I'd love it if Chaos Terminators were Obliterators instead, or if it was an upgrade option on them. That might break lore, but instead of marines upgrading to Assault Cannon, chaos could upgrade to Obliterators for a good ranged option. It feels less like a copy of marines and more chaos-y.
Also, don't warp spiders and spider exarchs have way too much range compared to the table top? Shouldn't they be ½ the range or a bolter? Bolt pistols have shorter range then bolters, no? If not, they should. As it is a computer game and not table top maybe 2/3 would feel better, but it should be shorter.
Also, wouldn't it be fun with Striking Scorpions instead of Wraith guardians (whatever the melee version is called) as a tankier T2 melee? You could have both, one slow and super tanky, and one more mobile and good at wrapping up units in melee yet a lot tankier than banshees, with the risk of getting a crowded army roster.
The Dark Reaper is more charming than the Shuriken platform, but they mostly fill the same role so it's less of an idea.
