Looks pretty retarded... I think I saw a video of the same guy before, walks like he has a Terminator-sized shit in his power pants. I don't think Spess Mahreens are a very good costume subject...

I beg to differ. There are some examples of great space marine cosplays, in particular there are two that I enjoy from Obscurus forum's (a cosplay community, one I am part of as well).
Pilerud's is, arguably, the best one right now. High attention to detail.
There's another one buy a guy named Luis Poggi, but he's only visible on the private facebook group and I don't remember if he's posted images outside of that group (though I believe he has on the forum somewhere).
There is also an amazing Grey Knight Terminator if I recall correctly, but I don't think that one was documented on video.

That one looks silly as well... The armor is well made I guess -- even if the detail is "TT level" rather than "fluff level" (if you ever went to the Vatican you'll know what the amount of work they describe going into Spess armor implies) -- but the guy walks like he had some serious hip problems. Well, at least not like he shat himself.
My point is, if you try to cosplay a strangely proportioned giant wearing a fantasy armor suit that was designed to be slapped on static miniatures instead of actual functionality, it's going to look stupid. Until the end of time.

I suppose so, I could very well see the argument that the cosplay is made more for form then for functionality - pictures vs actual video/movement.
