Possible changes to the Wraithlord?

I was thinking that Wraithlord could use some changes, because:
1. People never get the brightlance upgrade. It was good for a while when it could fire on the move, but with 20dps, it's just overshadowed by the shuriken upgrade.
2. The shuriken is a solid upgrade, but it is nothing compared to the dreadnought's assault cannon upgrade. Yes, I realize that the melee damage is not reduced when you get the shuriken upgrade, but I don't think that ~10 dps the wraithlord with shuri upgrade has over the assault cannon dreadnought is that amazing when the assault barrage is so devastating.
3. Wraithlord feels a bit lackluster to use, considering how good a falcon is for the purpose of getting out a vehicle.
4. Wraithlord has a difficult time going up against other walkers of its league, such as SM dreadnought (better in just the vanilla form) or CSM dreadnought (debatable, but I consider the vanilla form to be superior to the wraithlord because the autocannon is excellent. Also, both of the CSM dreadnought's upgrades are amazing, and give it a very distinct feel/usage, whereas the shuri upgrade just makes the wraithlord do more pew-pew). This means that the Eldar player has to support the wraithlord with either snare or other AV when going up against another walker, and honestly, I'd rather just not get a wraithlord in most (SM and CSM) situations, because my opponent can just counter my vehicle with his own.
Suggestion 1:
Maybe give it "wraithsight" upgrade (giving speed buff around guardians) similar to that of the wraithguards?
This will make the wraithlord synergize well with guardians and wraithguards, as well as making it fluffy.
This also may make the wraithlord somewhat OP, but say, adjusting its health, will certainly give this walker a more "Eldar-ish" feel. It will also provide players an opportunity to use a walker that is different than other walkers in the game.
Suggestion 2:
Make the brightlance a more viable/attractive option?
Although this doesn't sound as exciting as suggestion 1.
