Installer 2.9.2 wont open

Followed the instructions in downloading the latest version and I cannot get the installer/setup to even start up......any help would be appreciated
Can you tell me a bit more about the situation?
Does the installer complete? Can you find the files on your computer? Are those files in the same location as your game directory? Does normal Dawn of War 2 start?
Things like that.
